The investment process at Astutia Ventures is typically structured into the following phases:

1. You hand us in an executive summary, including a summary of your financial plan, at businessplan@astutia.de.
2. Our further interest provided, we ask you to send us the complete business plan. We regard confidentiality as part of our professionality and will therefore sign non disclosure agreements only in exceptional cases.
3. After further examination, we may invite you to a personal presentation of your project and the team.
4. In the subsequent due diligence, we check your project for commercial, financial, and legal risks.
5. In case of a positive investment decision, we structure the transaction with reference to the participation of further investors and care about the legal structure.
